We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted prior to sending the goods ordered, though this will usually be within 24 hours of the goods being dispatched. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.
The prices shown on the product pages of Osmer Productions show the VAT inclusive and exclusive CH prices. The current VAT rate is 8%.

Shipping & Returns

Osmer Productions delivers to UK, Ireland, EU and European countries & the Rest of the World.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. An invoice will follow by email to the purchaser’s email address. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfill your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will refund payment by the same method as the payment made, or via cheque.
Upon receipt of payment, orders of Physical goods over CHF 35.00 net of VAT will be dispatched by Priority International Mail, or other specialist carrier. Orders under CHF 35.00 net of VAT will be dispatched Normal International Mail.
Delivery charges are based upon the weight of your order and method of shipment.
Our aim (but not guarantee) is to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, although events outside our control may dictate delays.
All online orders received by 12 noon between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched within 24 hours via our chosen method of shipment. We cannot guarantee the post or courier delivery times. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract, and we will refund any money paid by you.
Risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged goods must be noted at time of delivery and notified to Osmer Productions within 3 days of delivery to you. Upon return of the damaged goods to Osmer Productions, we will at our option repair or replace the damaged goods.
Refunds
Online Programmes
We have a 30 day, full money back guarantee on all of our online training programmes. You have 30 days from the date purchased to notify us, in writing, of your wish to cancel your program and request a full refund. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will expire your account and log-in details and any comments you have made within our interactive area will be deleted. All of our online programmes are streamed online for the first 30 days, after this time, their contents can be downloaded.
Physical Products (DVDs)
If you are a consumer, in addition to your other rights, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund on any physical products purchased, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, along with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost, and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, then we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Digital Downloads
Please note it is not possible to refund unwanted digital download products because of their nature, however we will be happy to offer you an alternative if you are not satisfied.
Workshops
Please see our refund and cancellation policy here. In addition we may record images video and audio at workshops that we may use in future promotional and marketing campaigns. If you do not wish to be featured in such then please inform us in writing prior to the start of the class. Otherwise your acceptance of a place will constitute agreement for such recordings to be used without any compensation or recourse to Osmer Productions, Jesse Osmer or it’s employees.
